Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Host/Hostess / Busser to join our Italian restaurant team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for guests while supporting the front-of-house team and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Manage seating arrangements and assist with reservations and waitlists.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when needed.
Answer guest questions about the menu and restaurant.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Assist servers with running food, water, and other guest requests.
Keep the dining room, entrance, and service areas clean and organized.
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and maintaining table settings.
Support servers and management during busy service periods.
Follow all restaurant health, safety, and cleanliness standards.




Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset.
Friendly, qualified, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry items as required.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
