You support secure, productive, and professional field execution across the Design/Build and Maintenance divisions. This role exists to help Lay Of The Land deliver high quality outdoor work while building your skills in landscape construction, garden care, site readiness, teamwork, and daily field standards.

This is a seasonal, hands-on learning role. When this role is working well, you show up ready, follow direction, work safely, protect client property, and steadily grow in skill, pace, and ownership.

Field Support and Jobsite Execution
You support the crew with physical landscape work in Design/Build and Maintenance.
You carry out assigned tasks safely, steadily, and to company standards.
You help keep jobs moving by staying engaged, following direction,



and completing the task in front of you well.

Materials, Tools, and Equipment Care
You handle tools, materials, and equipment carefully and return them in positive condition.
You help load, unload, organize, and clean up tools, trucks, trailers, and jobsite materials.
You help keep the yard, truck, trailer, and jobsite clean and ready for the next day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
