Our company has been in business for over 49 years and is currently looking for a Residential Installation & Service Coordinator. The right candidate for this job must be diligent and enjoy a challenge in a fast paced workplace.

Qualifications:
2 years scheduling experience
3 years of Data entry
Strong computer skills in a variety of different areas such as: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organization and ability to multi-task
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Accuracy and high attention to detail is required
Effective time management
Must be fluent in English, written and spoken

Daily Tasks:
Schedule field installation and service appointments from Builders and Homeowners received by email, online portals and phone calls
Maintain information and all updates from builders in scheduling software
Prepare and update job files and work orders for new construction field staff and service technicians
Maintain strong communications between managers and field staff




Coordinate with warehouse staff for material requirements and package preparation for scheduled HVAC Installations
Order and monitor service parts required to purchasing department for service technicians
Communicate with Installation, Service Manager on scheduled jobs and field staff requirements
Completing a variety of reports for payroll and department manager
Maintain a high level of customer service with recent home builder accounts as well as homeowners
Update CRM with information pertaining to the job including customer and technician concerns
Respond to all installation related customer questions and concerns in a timely manner

The employee will be reporting to the Installation, Service Manager

Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
