AutoHouse Newmarket is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

We are looking for someone with a skilled personality who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle.

Automotive experience is an asset, but sales ability, communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are just as significant. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience
Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into appointments
Help customers select vehicles based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Present vehicles and conduct professional test drives
Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, warranties, and protection products
Negotiate and confidently ask for the sale
Follow up with customers after their visit and after vehicle delivery
Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Assist with social media content and vehicle promotions when required
Maintain an organized customer database and sales pipeline




Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Motivated to learn and earn
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Sales or customer-service experience is an asset
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable using social media and digital communication
Valid Ontario driver's licence
OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain one
