Job Title: Delivery Drivers - 3 Ton/5 Ton
Location: Central Region, ON
Salary: $22.00-$24.00/hour
Shift Timing- 7:00AM to 4:30PM
Contract: 2 weeks with a possibility of extension

Our client in Central Region, ON is actively looking for Delivery Drivers - 3 Ton/5 Ton to join their team.

Position Description:
The delivery driver staff are responsible for delivering orders and products to customers on a daily basis.
They are responsible for driving to and from the pickup location to the destination, delivering goods/products and collecting the payment.
Drivers must ensure that they have the correct names and addresses of customers, and stay in contact with dispatchers for additional pick-ups.
They will be helping in loading and unloading merchandise from the truck.
It is their duty to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle and to ensure the secure delivery of the product without any delay or damage.
Delivery Driver's are also responsible for any other duties assigned to them by management.





Major Responsibilities:
Pick-up and deliver various items and products
Load and unload goods from the truck
Use maps and other trip planning aids
Perform pre-trip inspection of the vehicle
Record trip information i.e., vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues
Loading and unloading of truck
Must be helping in the warehouse if and when needed
Responsible for carrying out assigned housekeeping tasks
Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:
Valid G license
Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
Experience driving a 3-ton
Responsible and reliable
Excellent time-management skills
Money-handling skills
Customer service oriented
Accuracy in following instructions
Excellent communication
