We are currently looking for a full time Optical Sales Associate/ Optician helping with frame/lens selection and repairs. Experience in the industry is required. We are looking for a candidate with solid customer-service skills, who loves helping others, and works well with a team. No late evenings or Sundays required.
Duties included, but are not limited to:
Helping customers to select frames
Helping customers to select which lens will work best for their needs
Glasses repairs
Inputting glasses/frame orders
Answering phones/ booking appointments
Processing payments and insurance claims
Keeping frame shelves clean and tidy
Wages are competitive and negotiable for the right candidate.
