We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and personable Part-Time Strength Coach to lead semi-private strength training sessions for groups of 2–6 clients.
Our clients are primarily adults between 40–60 years old, so we’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical coaching with an approachable, encouraging style. You should be able to meet clients where they are, explain movements clearly, and create an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and confident getting stronger.
What You’ll Do
Coach semi-private strength training sessions with 2–6 clients
Teach and coach proper technique in the squat, bench press, and deadlift
Provide appropriate modifications based on each client’s experience and ability
Manage multiple clients effectively while giving everyone individual attention
Create a welcoming, positive, and enjoyable training environment
Help clients build confidence and make long-term progress with strength training
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with barbell-based and dumbbell based strength training
Very comfortable coaching the squat, bench press, and deadlift
Powerlifting experience is preferred
Friendly, personable, patient, and approachable
Comfortable working with adults in the 40–60 age range
Reliable and able to commit consistently to a part-time schedule
Lives nearby and can reliably commute to the facility
Availability
We’re primarily looking for availability during:
Weekday evenings: 5:00–8:00 PM
Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
This is a outstanding prospect for a coach who loves strength training, enjoys building relationships with clients, and wants to work with people who are focused on getting stronger and staying robust for the long term.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
