About Us

We are a well-established food service company operating cafeterias and catering programs across multiple school districts throughout the lower mainland. We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Food Services Area Manager to oversee several high school cafeteria sites within a school district in the lower mainland.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, food service experience, and a passion for coaching and supporting teams. This is a Monday to Friday day position.

Leadership & Team Support
Train and mentor both new and existing staff (hands-on approach required)
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and motivation
Ensure company standards and policies are consistently followed
Identify locations requiring additional operational support
Fill in shifts when necessary

Food Quality & Compliance
Monitor food quality and freshness; take immediate corrective action when needed
Review prep and waste sheets to ensure proper production levels
Maintain strong food safety and operational standards

Additional Responsibilities
Assist with large catering events
Availability to work Pro-D days as required
Travel between locations within your district





What We’re Looking For
Previous food service management or multi-site supervision experience
Strong understanding of food cost control and labour management
Hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (insured for business use)
Ability to travel between locations
