Duties
Provide attentive, personalized care to children or individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and mobility support for individuals with disabilities
Engage children in educational activities, play, teaching moments, and developmental exercises to promote learning and social skills
Maintain a clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including tidying up play areas, laundry, and general cleaning
Support caregivers or family members by communicating updates on well-being and daily progress




Implement caregiving plans or instructions provided by families or healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care standards

Skills
Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding
Strong cooking skills to prepare healthy meals and snacks that meet specific dietary requirements
Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining a safe workplace
Excellent caregiving skills with a focus on safety, empathy, and active engagement
Effective teaching abilities to foster learning through play and educational activities
Clear communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, or team members
