Job Summary

Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent customer service while crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a faced paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Opening/Closing bar.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area including workstations, glassware, and bar tools.
Restock/prepare supplies and garnish as needed.
Follow serving it right standards, health regulations, and bar policies.
Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age.
Serve guests seated and at the quick serve stations.
Clean-up spills, breaks, or other matter that could become a liability.
Complete daily cash out procedures, complete paperwork.

Customer Service
Ensure a welcoming and friendly workplace for all patrons.
Address customer complaints and inquires in a professional manner.
Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere to enhance guest experience.
Ensure the bar is well stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
Promote the venue when scheduled, encourage customers to return.

Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, liquor laws, and club policies.
Monitor club for spills, breaks,



or other hazards that could cause risk to patrons or staff. Clean-up and remove hazards as required.

Qualifications
1 year experience in hospitality.
Strong understanding of customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations.
Must be of legal drinking age and hold Serving it Right.

Work Conditions
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, casual.
Work in a fast-paced workplace while dealing with intoxicated guests.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, throughout shift.
Be able to bend over/lift to move kegs, boxes of liquor, and other supplies.
Be able to multi-task and make quick decisions.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
