Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous and skilled manner
Document vehicle concerns and accurately recommend services
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
Provide updates and timelines to customers throughout the service process
Maintain detailed records and meet manufacturer/dealership standards




Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in an automotive service or advisor role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational ability and attention to detail
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Automotive knowledge and computer literacy
