Overview
Create Compounding Pharmacy is leading compounding pharmacy group and our facilities are fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines. We offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pharmacy Assistant (Shipping & Receiving) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse distribution and supply chain management. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics processes, demand planning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Processing payments
Packaging deliveries according to handling requirements and storage conditions
Sending deliveries through various companies
Managing delivery inquiries and communicating with pharmacy staff, customers, and suppliers
Collaborates with pharmacy staff, customers,



and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
Reviews all prescriptions and orders and communicates any discrepancies or errors to the appropriate department for resolution
Data entry and maintaining delivery records
Clean the workstation after work

Skills
Previous hospital or pharmacy experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
