Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. This is a night shift position from 1am to 7 am. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation and be a self starter. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Duties
bake all the items needed for the showcase and making the breakfast items
Package finished products for display and sale while maintaining presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Maintain the showcase
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a kitchen or restaurant setting.
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
Flexibility to work the night shift from 1:30 am to 8 am. Anyday of the week.
