Team Lead – Cleaning Services

Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Team Lead to join our growing cleaning team in Hinton, Alberta.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Part time / Full-time
Location: Hinton, AB
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability

About the Position

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading cleaning teams, ensuring jobs are completed to Sparkle & Shine standards, and providing excellent service to our clients.

This is a hands-on position, and you will be expected to clean alongside your team while also taking on leadership and organizational responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Lead and support cleaning teams at residential, Airbnb, commercial, and specialty cleaning jobs
Ensure cleaning checklists are completed accurately
Complete required before-and-after photos
Inspect completed work and ensure our quality standards are met
Train and support new employees
Communicate professionally with clients
Help organize daily jobs and ensure teams stay on schedule
Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment
Report issues or concerns to management
Handle keys, access codes, and client information responsibly
Step in and assist with cleaning when needed




Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Sparkle & Shine

Qualifications
Must live in Hinton, Alberta
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Reliable vehicle required
Previous cleaning experience required; leadership experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a physically demanding environment
Skilled and respectful when dealing with clients and coworkers
Must be comfortable working with standard cleaning products, including bleach
