Landscape Gardener — Strata Maintenance (Coquitlam)

We're a small, fast-growing landscaping company based in Coquitlam near Lafarge Lake, and we've just landed a couple of large strata contracts. We're looking for an experienced gardener who can take the lead on-site with minimal oversight.

This is a maintenance role, not hardscaping — think gardening, trimming/pruning, and grass cutting, done at a high standard. You'll be working mainly at a couple of large strata sites, so the hours are steady and there's very little driving between jobs.

What we need from you:
Reliable and punctual — you show up when you say you will
Previous hands-on experience in gardening/landscape maintenance
Enough expertise to use your own judgment on what a property needs at different times of the year, without being told every task
A valid driver's license
Comfortable using qualified-grade equipment (we provide it)

What the job involves:
Pruning, trimming, and mowing across our strata properties




General garden maintenance — planting care, fertilizing, mulching, basic pest control
Inspecting sites regularly and flagging or handling what needs attention
Taking ownership of your assigned site(s) with real autonomy

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
