Duties
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and company standards
Use food handling techniques to ensure safety, sanitation, and quality in every creation
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashing out customers and balancing registers
Engage with customers through friendly service, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations




Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Solid understanding of POS systems, including Micros POS, for effective transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly without sacrificing quality
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory counts
Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
Kitchen or food industry experience that demonstrates familiarity with serving settings and food preparation processes
