About the Role

PromoChrom Technologies is a rapid-growing company specializing in automated laboratory systems. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that products are shipped and received accurately and efficiently, and maintaining organized inventory to support production and office functions.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
Verify accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and handling.
Arrange domestic and international shipping through carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
Maintain and organize warehouse stock, including equipment, supplies, and raw materials.
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal teams as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and shipping areas.
Ensure safe handling of items and compliance with company safety policies.




Assist with light office logistics and supply management as needed.
Support other warehouse or administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Resident of British Columbia.
Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate clearly in English; Chinese language skills are considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
Valid work authorization in Canada.

Preferred Experience
Knowledge of packaging standards and shipping documentation.
Familiarity with courier and freight systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator).
Experience maintaining inventory databases and work in ERP systems.
Prior experience in a manufacturing is an asset.

Work Location
On-site at PromoChrom Technologies, Richmond, BC.
Applicants must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
