Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our grocery store operations.

We are a registered AIP business.

Currently hiring for both Robins Donuts and Gasbar

Duties
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform cashiering duties including cash handling and processing credit/debit transactions.
Assist in merchandising efforts by restocking shelves, organizing displays, maintaining product presentation standards and food prep.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer needs.




Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a welcoming workplace for customers.
Demonstrate effective communication skills both in-person and over the phone to provide assistance and information to customers.
Perform duties in a team work workplace.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for providing outstanding service in a food/retail environment.
