Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a rapid-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
Follow food safety guidelines to maintain quality and freshness of ingredients
Assist with food preparation as needed
Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked




Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations

Experience:
Previous experience in Barista is required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of food safety practices and regulations

TUES, WED, THURS, some Fridays, SAT - 9am-2pm

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
