Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid attention to detail and positive work ethic. and hands-on experience with various maintenance tasks.
The ability to operate grass cutting tractors and trimmerseffectively are key components of this position.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of buildings and grounds.
Engage in landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, trimming.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various maintenance projects.

Experience
Proven experience in maintenance roles, particularly in landscape maintenance or gardening.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a lawn care role required
