About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter with 2–3 years of experience in the building envelope industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with glass curtain wall systems (stick and/or unitized), windows, storefronts, and glass assemblies, and will be proficient in AutoCAD for the preparation of detailed shop and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate shop, fabrication, and installation drawings for curtain walls, windows, and other facade systems.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure design intent and constructability.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings related to building envelope systems.
Develop system details for unitized and stick-built curtain wall systems.




Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely delivery of project submittals.
Coordinate revisions and changes in design with internal and external teams.

Requirements:
2–3 years of drafting experience in building envelope or curtain wall systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit or other 3D drafting tools a plus.
Familiarity with glass, aluminum framing, curtain wall (stick & unitized) systems.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
