Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed descriptions of necessary work and available options
Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Upsell additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain precise financial records




Communicate regularly with customers about vehicle status, repair progress, and follow-up care
Maintain organized service records, update customer profiles, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and trust with clients
Experience in sales, cash handling, or retail environments is a plus
Familiarity with automotive repair processes or dealership operations is desirable
Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
