About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Floor Manager to join our restaurant team. The Floor Manager will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure excellent customer service, support staff, and maintain a clean, organized, and qualified environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts
Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and productive service
Monitor table service, drink refills, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Assign sections and coordinate staff during busy periods
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Ensure tables, washrooms, bar areas, and dining areas are clean and properly maintained
Make sure staff follow restaurant policies, dress code, and service standards
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training when needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Monitor reservations, large parties, and special events
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
Help control labour costs and ensure proper staffing levels




Monitor inventory and report shortages or operational issues to management
Ensure health, safety, and food-service standards are followed
Complete manager checklists and shift reports

Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory/management experience preferred
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart Serve certification required
Ability to remain calm and skilled under pressure

Pay: $35,200.00-$60,083.56 per year
