Duties
Safely operate buses along designated routes within the facility, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Conduct routine inspections of the bus before and after shifts, checking mechanical systems and safety features
Communicate clearly with passengers, team members, and supervisors to relay important information or address concerns
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bus, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to prevent accidents or incidents during operation
Keep accurate records of trips, passenger counts,
and maintenance checks to ensure compliance and accountability
Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport
Drug and Alcohol Testing
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
Fluency in English for effective communication with passengers and team members
Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all riders
Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and safety announcements
Experience in commercial driving or transportation roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting passengers or inspecting the bus as required
