We are seeking a friendly and productive Food Court Attendant to join our agile team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized food court workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, cashiering, and food safety protocols, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and transactions
Prepare and serve food items following safety and sanitation standards
Manage food and beverage stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness of the food court area, including tables, counters, and seating areas
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations as needed




Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and sanitation practices
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
