In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall to create smooth, durable surfaces that meet high standards of quality and safety. Duties
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall joints using taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture for seamless surfaces
Repair damaged drywall and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing work
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
Apply caulking around seams and edges to seal gaps and improve insulation and appearance
Assist with construction painting and other handyman tasks as needed to support project completion
Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools,



disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols

Skills
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing with a strong eye for detail
Knowledge of construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and general handyman skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings confidently
Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site
Excellent manual dexterity combined with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior construction experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
