Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to verify cleanliness and safety compliance
Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, including maintenance of facilities maintenance tasks when necessary
Assign tasks based on priorities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to improve performance




Address guest or staff concerns promptly with excellent customer service skills and explicit communication
Ensure adherence to safety procedures during heavy lifting, use of power tools, and handling of hazardous materials

Skills
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and custodial experience
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy workplace
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the role
Outstanding communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interactions
Experience with facility upkeep, safety protocols, and troubleshooting minor maintenance issues
Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
