Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Part time Early Childhood Educator (ECE), working scheduled hours on 7:30am to 8:30 am and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to positively influence young children’s development while maintaining a flexible schedule. Duties
Implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about daily activities and children's progress.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and activity planning.
Support team members in setting up product demos or educational materials when needed.
Uphold health and safety standards by following proper hygiene protocols and emergency procedures.

Skills




Previous supervising experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children and connect with parents effectively.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse families.
Knowledge of POS systems for managing attendance or activity sign-ins is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette for parent communication and inquiries.
Ability to perform basic math for activity planning or snack counting.
Familiarity with merchandising, stocking supplies, or retail sales is beneficial for classroom setup.
Experience with cashiering or cash handling in retail or grocery store environments is a plus.
Demonstrated customer service skills to create a welcoming setting for families.
Upselling skills can be useful when promoting educational products or programs.
