CDA / Chairside Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our growing dental practice as a CDA / Chairside Dental Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a friendly and positive team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous dental assisting experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist and clinical team during a variety of dental procedures
Provide efficient chairside assistance and clinical support
Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments before and after procedures
Ensure patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for
Perform instrument sterilization and follow infection prevention and control protocols
Clean and disinfect operatories and clinical areas
Maintain an organized and well-prepared treatment environment
Assist with general clinical duties as required

Qualifications
CDA certification is an asset
Chairside dental assisting experience is an asset




Previous dental experience is preferred but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
