Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and skilled mécanicien de machines fixes to join our industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of fixed machinery used in manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help prevent downtime, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and maintain high safety standards. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on fixed industrial machinery such as boilers, HVAC systems, and manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and ensure proper functioning of machinery.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Conduct welding, electrical work, and low voltage repairs following safety protocols and industry standards.




Collaborate with other maintenance team members and plant personnel to coordinate repairs and minimize production disruptions.
Support the installation, commissioning, and upgrades of current machinery or system modifications as needed.

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance environments.
Proficiency with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting tools for mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and low voltage electrical systems.
Industrial electrician experience is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze complex problems quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Customer service mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Pay: $23.52-$41.28 per hour
