Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.
Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and safety protocols to ensure proper health management.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, encouraging healthy eating habits.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance overall well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
Monitor clients’ health status,



report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury for both clients and caregivers.

Skills
Proven experience in assisted living settings or nursing homes with a solid understanding of senior care practices.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those experiencing dementia, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
Skilled in caregiving tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and home care routines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining professionalism.
Physical stamina to support clients in mobility activities and perform household tasks efficiently.
