Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked breads, following established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items
Package baked goods attractively for display or takeout, ensuring freshness and presentation are maintained
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about baked products and offering recommendations when needed

Requirements
Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Skills in food preparation and general baking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings as needed
