Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues or complaints
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer care in every interaction
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional languages, such as Spanish, are considered an asset
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Schedule & Availability
This position primarily supports our overnight operations. Successful applicants must be available to work a variety of evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with most shifts scheduled between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Flexibility and open availability are strongly preferred.
