Duties
Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our systems
Assist customers in understanding product features, services, and policies through transparent and friendly communication
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction
Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and French
Analyze customer data to identify trends,



improve service quality, and recommend solutions for recurring issues

Experience
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer service best practices

Pay: $16.60-$23.00 per hour
