Career1 Staffing is currently hiring a Shipper/Receiver for our client in HVAC industry, located in Barrie, ON.

Job type: Temporary to Permanent

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5pm
Friday: 7:30am to 11:30am

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
Load and unload trucks safely
Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse
Operate material handling equipment (training/certification an asset)
Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver or in a warehouse environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have forklift - counterbalance experience




Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
CSA-approved safety shoes required
Reliable transportation is an asset

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
