About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and sales-driven Esthetician to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience performing facials and previous sales/customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is confident working with clients, knowledgeable about skincare, and comfortable recommending and selling products and treatments.

Responsibilities
Perform skilled facial treatments and provide excellent client care
Consult with clients and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
Follow up with clients and encourage repeat appointments
Work on the sales floor when there are no facial appointments
Approach customers, offer samples, explain products/services, and generate sales
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized facial room




Monitor supplies and inform management when products are running low
Take initiative and stay productive during downtime

Requirements
Previous hands-on facial experience required
Previous sales/customer service experience required
Solid communication and people skills
Energetic, outgoing, and skilled
Comfortable approaching customers and selling products/services
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Flexible schedule and weekend availability
