Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cold Caller to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging them through outbound calls to generate interest and develop new business prospects. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be key in driving our growth. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your sales and negotiation skills while working in a fast-paced environment focused on B2B (business-to-business) sales and technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to showcase how our solutions can add value
Build solid relationships with prospects through effective communication and active listening
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest level for further engagement
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and expanding our customer base
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-up actions, and client information using Salesforce or similar CRM tools




Follow up with prospects via email or phone to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel

Qualifications
New School or Collage graduate, No cold calling experience required
Excellent communication skills in English
Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines
Strong business development mindset with a proactive approach to reaching goals
