You'll be hands‑on every day — driving a forklift, coordinating workflow, and supporting the Production Manager to keep operations running smoothly.Shift DetailsMonday–Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pmOvertime & Weekend Work: Available as neededForklift experience and licence are required and will be testedWhat you will doOperate a forklift to move raw materials and finished palletsSupervise a production crew of 20‑30 employees across the day and evening shifts, keeping them motivated and on taskCoordinate the flow of work across stations to meet tight deadlinesSchedule jobs based on inventory needs and outgoing shipmentsHelp plan and execute daily raw‑material cutting listsMonitor employee productivity and provide coaching when neededPerform regular quality checks to ensure pallet standards are metMaintain a clean, safe,
