The main responsibilities are data entry, proofreading, donor follow-ups either through email or phone, exporting and importing data into databases, deposits, and appropriately filing digital documents. You should be diligent, reliable, and pay attention to detail. Agents are required to handle calls regarding donations, doctrine,



or services for religious organizations/charities.Key Job ActivitiesSort and collate incoming and outgoing mail.Weigh mail to determine the correct postage.Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.Help customers complete change of address and mail hold forms, etc.Maintain database by entering current and updated customer and account information.Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.Establish entry priorities.Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry.Monitor and update existing data when required.Retrieve data for team members upon request.Utilize applications effectively to process customer transactions accurately.Maintain a working knowledge of client products, services, and promotions.Complete offline donor administrative work such as responding to emails and following up with customers via phone to address missing information.Use fax and scanning machines.Client exports and deposits.Requirements And SkillsExperience with mail sorting and postage meter machines is a plus.Good computer skills.Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure.Strong typing skills; knowledge of the touch-typing system is strongly preferred.Good command of the English language, both oral and written, and customer service skills.High school degree or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
