We are located in the heart of St. Albert, AB in one of the most iconic buildings in the Edmonton area. We are currently seeking an eager, energetic and passionate individual to help with daily preparations and cooking . We are a scratch kitchen with almost all products prepared in house including our very own Demi glace. We have been voted “best steak in St.Albert” by the St Albert Gazette for the past 8 years and counting. We are ever evolving, providing excellence and would love to have the next perfect piece join us in our success.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings, have previous cooking experiences, ability to manage daily preparations, as well as working the line. We are looking to have 3 or 4 shifts fulfilled weekly. Red seal is preferable but not required. In saying that, we would love to help you achieve that certification if desired. Responsibilities will include:
following and complying with all current health and safety standards
preparation of daily products for evening service
maintaining and managing appetizer, salad and dessert station with intention to progress into a grill cook and beyond
being motivated and with a team mentality
willingness to learn and contribute ideas and skills
maintaining accurate prep levels in accordance to business levels
organization and cleanliness are a must

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
