Role Overview

As a Hair Stylist at Lac + Co, you will be responsible for delivering customized services while maintaining the elevated standards our clients expect.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform advanced cutting, colouring, and styling services with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough consultations and provide expert guidance tailored to each guest
Maintain a polished, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times
Recommend qualified retail products to support results and home care
Contribute positively to the overall salon atmosphere and client flow
Remain current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education





What We’re Looking For
Licensed Hair Stylist with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
Strong technical skills in both cutting and colour
Professional presence and excellent communication abilities
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, service-focused environment
Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Availability for evenings and weekends as required
Existing local clientele is considered an asset
