Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load, unload, and secure freight
Verify shipment accuracy and completeness before departure and upon delivery
Navigate efficiently using GPS or other routing tools to meet delivery schedules
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed




Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, freight documentation, and vehicle logs

Experience
Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type assigned
Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols in logistics environments
Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on the road
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
