Hickey's Timber Mart is a Newfoundland owned and operated family business selling building materials since 1973, with 4 locations.
We are looking for highly motivated and well-organized employees to join our Customer Service/Cashier team at our local store.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Operate a cash register - Scan items, tabulate total payment for goods or services required, receive payment of goods or services. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments.
Calculate daily shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
Greet customers and provide customer service.
Must pay attention to detail. Job requires standing for extended periods.
Experience an asset.
Applicants must have daytime availability.
