Job Duties
Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
Confirm that food services are meeting quality standards
Prepare and submit cost reports with records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Schedule work shifts for employees
