Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding stock, orders, and general questions.
Provide excellent customer service and help resolve any issues related to orders.

Requirements:




Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is an asset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
Ability to lift and move products as required in a warehouse setting.
