Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
Assist customers at the food counter by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety of all products




Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and organizing supplies

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cash transactions
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measurement conversions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or counter setting while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and advanced food prep methods
