Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients with care to prevent contamination
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management
Support the overall food service process by working efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in food service,



restaurant, or kitchen environments, especially with grilling or meal preparation
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality standards
Strong understanding of cooking techniques specific to grilling and meat preparation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
