Cambridge Pro Fab is looking for Fitters and Welders to support our expanding operations. With a focus on high-grade materials, blueprint interpretation, and structural steel fabrication, this role is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience. You'll undergo hands-on training at our Brantford location before transitioning to our current facility in Paris, where you can grow your career in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Perform welding on stainless and carbon steel accurately




• Conduct repairs to maintain customer tolerances
• Use various equipment safely and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Fitter Welder experience
• Ability to pass welding and blueprint reading tests
• Current CWB tickets are an asset
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset
