We focus on creating positive customer experiences through skilled communication, personalized support, and reliable service. We are looking for a Full time Customer Experience Associate who enjoys working with people and is motivated to build strong communication and relationship-building skills.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about available services, answer questions, and help ensure each interaction is handled professionally.

What You’ll Do
Communicate directly with customers in a qualified and friendly manner
Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Provide information about products and services
Assist with customer questions and account-related needs
Maintain accurate customer information and follow established processes
Build positive customer relationships through clear communication




Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
