Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a qualified manner
Operate POS systems, to process transactions accurately
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision and attention to detail
Prepare food items according to established safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers
Assist with food handling and serving duties as needed
Ensure all food preparation complies with health regulations and safety standards
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, is advantageous
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols required
Experience in cashiering or cash handling is beneficial
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and upselling products
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a mandatory
